EIFS repair and replacement.

EIFS is a non-load-bearing cladding that gives exterior walls an insulated, finished surface. It has been used in North America since the 1960s, first on masonry and mainly on wood-framed buildings since the 1990s.

EIFS has a long-documented history of water penetration problems and the structural damage that follows, which is why newer systems incorporate a drainage plane to let water escape from behind the cladding. Where an older system is failing, replacing it with hard-coat stucco removes most of the issue rather than patching around it.
